Conference: NC State College of Engineering Diversity Networking Night

Project Farma joined the Women and Minority Engineering Programs (WMEP) at the NC State College of Engineering for the Diversity Networking Night. The mission of WMEP is to develop and maintain programs that assist in the recruitment, retention, mentoring, job placement and graduation of top quality, underrepresented students within the College of Engineering at NC State University

During this hybrid event, attendees had the opportunity to meet with Ruth Lopez (Consultant), Camilia Castro (Project Engineer), and Nick Dasburg (Sr. Project Engineer I) to discuss the exciting opportunities Project Farma has to offer. When reflecting on the event, Nick shared that the team “had a great time connecting with NC State students and providing them insight on what Project Farma has to offer! The students were so enthusiastic to learn more about Project Farma and our role in the Cell & Gene Therapy Space. Attendees went on to schedule 1:1 sessions with the Project Farma Human Resources team during the NC State University Career Fair, providing them a higher level of insight into the culture of Project Farma.”
